What time will I receive my order?
We’re committed to arriving at your office before 12:30, so your staff can enjoy our fruit and other healthy snacks before lunch. We never miss a delivery.
If deliveries are handled by our logistics partner, they will be made between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. If you need a different time slot, please contact us at clientes@frutality.com
No long-term commitment—just the freedom to choose us.
We don’t require long-term commitments because we’re confident in the quality of our fruit and service. If at any time we don’t meet your expectations, you’re free to leave with no strings attached.
Do I have to place an order every week?
No, that’s not necessary. With our subscription, you automatically receive the best seasonal fruit every week. We select the tastiest and most convenient varieties for the office based on our 15 years of experience working with over 2,000 companies. If you’d like to change anything in your selection, just let us know and we’ll adjust your order hassle-free.
Why do we deliver fruit by the piece rather than by the kilo?
We offer a comprehensive service where our Fruit Managers adjust the order directly at your location. If there’s ever a surplus of a particular variety or quantity, we adapt the delivery on the spot. To make these personalized adjustments on-site, we need to calculate in pieces rather than kilograms. This way, we optimize your budget, guarantee maximum freshness, and combat food waste in our office fruit deliveries in Barcelona.
Is buying fruit by the piece more expensive than by the kilo?
Not at all. We simply convert the approximate portions per kilo into different units of measurement to facilitate adjustments. So you can verify this and compare our rates with any other option on the market, we always include the equivalent price per kilo in our proposals. Additionally, we guarantee that our pieces maintain a consistent and stable weight with every delivery.
The fruit at the office is always small and pretty mediocre—is yours like that, too?
No, we’re experts in fruit. In fact, the company was founded in 2010 by people in the industry. So we have over 20 years of experience sourcing the best fruit.
We offer three different quality levels, so you can always find the option that best suits your needs:
- Premium Fruit: The best fruit on the market. Large portions. 100% domestically grown fruit.

How far in advance do I need to let you know if I want to make a change to my order?
Just let us know 48 hours in advance. We’re very fast!
Since this is a subscription service, what happens in August, at Christmas, etc.? Do I have to keep the same order?
No, we don’t want you to end up with excess fruit that goes bad. So, you can reduce or temporarily suspend your order until all your employees return to work.
We've never had this service in our office before, and we don't know how much fruit we'll be eating. Can you help us?
Of course, our Fruit Experts will guide you through the entire process. We have extensive knowledge of the service and deliver fruit to more than 2,000 companies of all sizes. And if you still end up with leftover fruit, don’t worry—with our comprehensive service, one of our Fruit Managers will adjust the order to prevent the fruit from spoiling and to ensure you don’t waste money. In any case, we always recommend that our clients provide 1 serving of fruit per employee.
What if there's leftover fruit?
At Frutality, we offer a comprehensive service that includes two revolutionary features in our office fruit delivery service (available only in Madrid and Barcelona):
- – “Always fresh”: If, when visiting your office, our Fruit Manager sees that you have leftover fruit that is not in perfect condition, they will remove it and issue a credit. This way, your fruit will always be fresh and delicious.
– “Zero waste”: We want to prevent food waste and ensure you don’t waste your money, so if there’s leftover fruit, your Fruit Manager will adjust the order based on actual consumption.
At our office, many of us work remotely, and we don't know how many of us will come into the office each day
With any other company on the market, you’d have to be the ones to check how much fruit is left over, let the supplier know about the surplus so they can adjust your order accordingly—and do this every single day. A waste of time, right? That’s exactly what we thought, which is why we make it so easy for you. We don’t prepare the order in advance at our warehouse; we do it in-house, right at your offices, so we can adjust the order if there’s excess fruit and prevent it from piling up and going bad.
We have large offices with many departments. Do we have to set out the fruit ourselves?
No. Our Fruit Managers take care of everything, including distributing the order to the different departments and leaving the exact portions in each one. We don’t want anyone to miss out on their portion of fruit, but we also don’t want there to be any leftovers.

We buy directly from growers. This allows us to get the freshest fruit at the best price. We always prioritize local growers. Our team of buyers conducts daily quality checks to ensure the exceptional flavor of all our fruit. We want you to receive the best fruit every day.
