How can I turn my business into a Fresh Company?

One of our Fruit Experts will get in touch with you and together you will find the best solution for your company, based on size, number of employees, location, order frequency, etc. Once the quote is accepted, you can start enjoying your order the very next day. In just 24h, you can turn your business into a Fresh Company.
At what time will I receive my order?
Our commitment is to be at your office before 12:30 PM, so your staff can enjoy our fruit and other healthy snacks before lunch. We don’t miss.
If deliveries are made by our logistics partner, the delivery will take place between 09:00 AM and 12:00 PM. If you require a different schedule, you can contact us at clientes@frutality.es
Is there a minimum stay period?
No, we don’t have a minimum stay period. We do our utmost to ensure our customers are happy with our fruit and our service. If we fail to meet your expectations, we won’t stand in your way if you choose to look for another option.
We are a company with branches all over Spain. Can you serve us?
Of course, fortunately we have many clients just like you. We have several ways to deliver our fruit to you:
- Our own branches: Mercamadrid (Madrid) and Mercabarna (Barcelona)
- Local partners: We have an extensive network of local partners who will serve you locally sourced fruit
- Logistics partner: If we don’t have a partner in your province yet, we can send your order via courier from one of our branches.
Do I need to place an order before every delivery?
No, there’s no need. We offer a subscription model, which is the easiest way to receive seasonal fruit every week. As fruit experts, we bring you a selection of the best seasonal fruits; we know which fruits are at their peak at any given time. Based on our extensive experience (+15 years and +2,000 companies), we will bring you the fruits that people enjoy most and that are easy to eat in an office setting. Even so, if tastes in your office are different, you just have to let us know and we will modify your order. It’s that easy.
You serve pieces instead of kilos—why is that?
Our goal is to offer you an integral service, where our Fruit Managers adjust the order every time they visit your offices. This way, if there is fruit left over one day, they will leave you less, and if there is a surplus of a specific variety, they will leave more of the others. To make these in-house adjustments, we cannot work with kilos; we must do it by pieces.
In doing so, we fight against both food and economic waste.
I'm sure that buying by the piece is more expensive than by the kilo.
Fruit for offices is always small and quite mediocre; is yours the same?
No, we are fruit experts. In fact, the company was founded in 2010 by professionals from the sector. So we have more than 20 years of experience in purchasing the best fruit.
We offer three different quality tiers, so you can always find the option that best fits your needs:
- Premium Fruit: The best fruit on the market. Large servings. 100% domestic fruit.
- Extra Fruit: The perfect balance between quality and price. Medium servings.
- Essential Fruit: No matter how tight your budget is, you don’t have to settle for small fruit of questionable quality.
Can I modify the composition of my order?
Yes, something that sets us apart from other office fruit companies is that we do not serve pre-set packs. The reality is that with our Integral Service, our Fruit Managers will take care of managing your order, but in any case, you will always have the option to remove, add, or modify whatever you see fit, without limitations.
How much notice do I need to give to adjust my order?
Giving us 48 hours’ notice is enough. We are very fast!
Since it's a subscription system, what happens in August, Christmas, etc.? Do I have to continue with the same order?
No, we don’t want you to have leftover fruit that goes to waste. So, you can reduce or temporarily suspend your order until all your employees are back.
We have never had this service in our office and we don't know how much fruit we will consume. Can you help us?
Of course, our Fruit Experts will advise you throughout the entire process; we have extensive knowledge of the service and deliver fruit to more than 2,000 companies of all sizes. And if you still have leftover fruit, don’t worry—with our integral service, one of our Fruit Managers will adjust the order to prevent the fruit from spoiling and wasting money. In any case, we always recommend our clients offer 1 serving of fruit per employee.
We have a meeting, event, etc. Can we order fruit or other products from you?
Of course, we have a very wide assortment for meetings and events: “ready to eat” fruit, nuts, smoothies, cookies, cakes, savory snacks, specialty coffee, teas, and infusions—in short, everything you need to make your meeting and/or event a complete success.
What happens if there is leftover fruit?
At Frutality we offer an integral service, which involves two revolutionary services for office fruit delivery (only available in Madrid and Barcelona):
- – “Always fresh”: if our Fruit Manager visits your office and sees that you have leftover fruit that is not in perfect condition, they will remove it and credit you for it. This way, your fruit will always be fresh and delicious.
– “Zero waste”: we want to avoid food waste and prevent you from wasting money; therefore, if there is leftover fruit, your Fruit Manager will adjust the order to match actual consumption.
Many of us telework in our office, and we don't know how many of us will be in the office each day.
With any other company on the market, you would have to take care of checking how much fruit is left over and reporting it to the supplier so they can adjust it, day after day. A waste of time, right? We think so too, and that’s why we make it very easy for you. We don’t prepare the order in our warehouse in advance; we do it in-house, at your offices, to adjust the order if there is leftover fruit and prevent it from piling up and going to waste.
We have large offices with many departments. Do we have to set out the fruit ourselves?
No. Our Fruit Managers take care of everything, including distributing the order across the different departments, leaving the exact number of servings in each one. We don’t want anyone to go without their fruit serving, but we don’t want any leftovers either.
What is the origin of your fruit?
We buy directly from producers. This way, we get the freshest fruit at the best price. We always prioritize local and nearby producers. Our purchasing team carries out daily quality controls to ensure the extraordinary flavor of all our fruit. We want you to receive the best fruit every single day.
How can I consume fruits such as pineapple, watermelon, or melon?
We can serve them to you as whole pieces, but if that seems too bothersome, we also offer the option of enjoying them peeled and sliced in a “ready to eat” format. We have both individual formats and trays to share among several employees.
Do you only have fruit? What else can you offer us to have a happy and healthy office?
At Frutality we want to be your healthy partner, which is why we offer an extensive range of over 600 products, including: “ready to eat” fruit, juices and smoothies, EVOO, drinks, soft drinks, milk, plant-based milks, nuts, specialty coffee, teas and infusions, cereals and granolas, chocolates, cookies, sponge cakes, pastries, bars, savory snacks, yogurts, cold meats, and disposable tableware.
What does your Despensing service consist of?
We know you want to take care of your employees and that healthy eating is a fundamental pillar to achieve this, but we also know that your team has a thousand things to do, they are very busy and don’t have time. With our Despensing service, we propose that the task of managing the pantry becomes….. our business. We will take care of everything. First, we will establish with you the assortment you want to offer your employees—whether you want a series of fixed products and others that rotate; you can tell us your budget and we will adjust to it. Then, one of our managers will go to your offices and place the order to avoid shortages. The next day, they will leave the order in place—every item in its spot—check expiration dates, and leave everything perfectly organized and tidy. No more stockouts or accumulating products due to errors from placing orders in a hurry.

We are too.
We are a company deeply committed to sustainability and society. Regarding environmental matters, we strive to reduce any negative impact our activity may have on the planet. That is why we hold the ISO 14064/1 certification, which measures our carbon footprint and implements measures to reduce it. And, when we can no longer reduce it further, we plant trees that offset tons of CO2 every year.
Additionally, we try to minimize the use of single-use plastics by purchasing large formats in bulk and prioritizing suppliers who use reusable packaging.
As for our social commitment:
- We collaborate with Grupo SIFU to employ staff with disabilities.
- We have an agreement with the Adecco Foundation to employ women who are victims of gender-based violence.
- We collaborate with various non-profit foundations and associations, donating a portion of our annual profits to them.
