What time does the fruit arrive at my office in Madrid?
We’re committed to arriving at your office before 12:30 p.m., so your staff can enjoy the fruit before lunch. Since we operate out of Mercamadrid, the usual delivery window is from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Is there a minimum contract term to sign up for the service?
No, there is no minimum contract term. We work to ensure you stay with us because you’re satisfied, not because you’re bound by a contract.
How does the weekly order work?
We offer a subscription model, which is the easiest way to receive seasonal fruit every week. As fruit experts, we deliver a selection of the best seasonal fruits—we know exactly which fruits are in season at any given time. Drawing on our extensive experience (over 15 years and more than 2,000 companies), we’ll bring you the fruits you like best and that are easy to eat in the office. And if your preferences change, we’ll adjust the order whenever you let us know.
Why do you serve pieces instead of kilos?
Because this allows our Fruit Managers to adjust the order on-site during each visit, reducing waste. All our offers include a conversion to price per kilo so you can easily compare them.

– “Zero Waste”: We want to prevent food waste and ensure you don’t waste your money; therefore, if there is leftover fruit, your Fruit Manager will adjust the order to match actual consumption.
